I expect people to stick up for themselves, and when I am there, I will stick up for them too.
It's disrespectful to grab anyone.
And of course, those are three things I'd back any friend up on. Including girlfriend.

I just wanted to show that I'm not one of those pricks that tries to pick a fight because someone looked at my gf. Those three reasons mentioned would be the only ways I'd really get physical over her.Quote:

People like to say that violence doesn't solve anything, but it really does. Sometimes words don't get people to stop. But them getting their ass beat will definitely act as a deterrent.
Cheers ;)
But I haven't had a girlfriend yet, who didn't deserve what happened to them. (just friends) I've dated some stupid women. You must be dating a really nice one.
Oh don't get me wrong. If my girl was out grinding with random dudes at a club, I'd definitely not be trying to fight them all when they touch her. I most likely wouldn't have been with her.Quote:

My girlfriend won't do anything to jeopardize our relationship. I think she's more in love with me than I am with her and she knows I'd end it if I found out she was messing around. I've had serious issues with relationships... never trusting them... never letting them go past three months because I'd find something wrong. I've found nothing seriously wrong with her, and I think I finally got lucky and found someone I can actually see myself marrying. She's definitely not the typical girl of today. 22 and she doesn't go clubbing, goes to the bar rarely and only with roommates, doesn't flirt with guys (if a guy flirts she'll leave immediately... she's flicked a few off... because she thinks that's mean... lol)... she's really the sweetest girl I've met. Sometimes she's too nice. I remember one night she was out until 2 am because a friend of hers was having a hard time dealing with her bf who was in Iraq because he got dehydrated and told her he wasn't doing well... then she drove two hours to her house at school because her roommate was having boy problems and needed to talk to her.... two hours each way just to be there for 12...

This is quite possibly the best post Ive seen on this site so far..
Just from experience, I cannot bare to witness a bf physically fighting another man over me unless I was physically attack (which would be very rare I imagine). Anything short of that and I lose respect for him. I like classy men. I had a fling to punch out a man that constantly said that he would get with me if I was not with the fling. The fling told him to stop and when the man didn't...he knocked the **** bleep bleep :D. I was totally shocked..got in my car and got the crap out of there.Quote:

My ex was a very classy, charismatic man that never fought. He had a way with words that would blow others mind. He was protective but handled it differently than most people...It was a characteristic that I loved and admire in him. I am still amazed at how he handled conflicts...to bad we were not compatible in other ways but I digress hehe.
I'd like to date a girl like you, Lesa.
