I'm only going by what you wrote. Perhaps there was more to the story, but the way you described it seems benign to me unless I insert a lot of innuendo. I see this type of behavior every single day at work (literally), and I don't feel harassed.

If you are looking for a lawsuit, you'd better do a better job telling this story.

Of course this is flirty/provocative behaviour. Assuming it happened exactly as your describe. NOT just 'being friendly' and absolutely not normal for the workplace unless you work in a massage parlour.

This is a woman on the prowl, looking for trouble. Messing with your head for sure. Probably issues in her marriage. Do not engage her in these conversations, and avoid staying behind in the meeting room unless you are looking for trouble or a new job.

I wouldn't ruin someone's career by filing a lawsuit. I just don't want anyone to set me up and file a lawsuit. I should probably take IndiReloaded's advice.

But for the record - the title of your thread kind of implies all women. To answer your original question, yes: some women "provoke" men at work. However, I guess what people consider "provocative" is a matter of opinion.
