That wasn't the issue...I know what you mean though...I think it was just a mental block....it still took a long time but when I did it was awesome....like 4 days of built up orgasm after two attempts at release....there will be some tension.

Are you taking any medications, antidepressants, or especially deoncgestants or cougjh suppresents. These can have effect similar to what you are despcribing

Did you actually TRY this? Because if you gave me diphenhydramine, I would lose all interest and fall immediately asleep. In fact, I often give this to patients for sedative purposes.

Actually its still on a 'post it' on my desk. I always forget to bring it home, so no I haven't tried it yet. I think its effects may depend on the individual. Some people become drowsy and some become hyperactive (at least that's what I remember reading on the bottle). Its been years since I've taken it, so I don't really remember which group I fall in to.
