She will keep you in limbo forever unless you put her in a position to clarify things.
My first reaction is that she is insecure and going about it the wrong way. She is wondering if you are interested, so she is blatantly flaunting her other options. She's waiting to see if you're going to jump. So jump or don't bother =)

I'm not just saying she is very straight forward and mature. She says what's on her mind all the time, even when I asked her out.
She told me this is too weird, since she normally wouldn't do such a thing, going out with a guy so soon after she met him, and foremost after she's out of a long relationship.
I think, that when I asked her out and she kinda froze and then changed her mind, she realized she could lose me as an opportunity. (As mentioned, and I'm being very objective here, she really likes me.)
Since we first talked in the beginning of the week and we scheduled to the weekend to meet, we talked every day since then. Maybe the "excitement" is a little off, and she's more into me as friends at the moment, who knows.
Anyhow, I'll assume it means nothing until we meet, face to face. It could be hesitation, it could be to show me that she's got other options and nothing is sealed with me yet, could be that she's really not into me any more, and it could even be nothing.
We'll see today where we're standing :)

So... I called her today, in order to settle where we meet and when. I guess that I got my answer in that conversation.
Asked her how things going, she was complaining on some money that she lost, and a fight she had this morning with her cellphone company.
Anyway, she said that it won't happen today because she finishes working very late, and "Maybe we'll meet tomorrow or in two days"...
My answer to that was (being cynical of course): "Or next week/month/year?", she said in a somewhat cynical/don't care tone: "yeah.. something like that.."
I said: "oooooook......", she answered we'll talk tomorrow.
That conversation WAS NOT between two people who like each other and want to meet.
Yeah, I'd back all the way off. She was being nasty, you didn't deserve that. Drop her off your priority list.
I don't know. If you really felt a click with her, maybe wait a little while and then give it another shot. She may have just scared herself and reacted strangely. If you think she is worth pursuing, I might try once more, a little more casually ("Hey, I was going to head to the park/movies/wherever and was wondering if you wanted to come.").
Casual often leads to the friend zone.
