It's really not hard to visualize it. Just look at some woman on top porn. I'm sure you will come across it. And as for the horizontal thing. I didn't catch that before. I never said horizontal. The woman is basically still sitting up. Just leaned back a bit with her legs spread. You grab his ankles for leverage. You can do that or plant them on the bed behind you back and between his legs. It's all about what's easier for the woman to lift her hips on him. Mind you, his knees are bent a bit so his ankles are up higher.
