I'm sure this is only a small sample of issues.....OP you will be finding yourself having an emotional affair with a co-worker that is along the same intellectual level as you, and it's gonna have you regretting for even putting up with the incompatibility of your relationship.
I only WISH issues such As these were the only things me and my wife disagree on. :)

Since you are an aspiring scientist I will share with you a very scientific theory. Its call the "Horndog theory of compatibility" and it goes like this. "When you are making enough "dough" to be able to afford to bring home the "bacon", be careful to not get annoyed with the cook with small trivial stuff, or she will end up getting her "sausage" elsewhere.
If this is what drives you insane now....just imagine putting up with it for 20 years.....probably hovering over her when she is asleep with a pillow in your hands.
