No offence to anyone who doesn't like the thread I'm quoting, but I agree with him. And I don't really think that 99% of sexual relationships end. What about marriage? Not every marriage ends, more like 50%. Virtually every marriage has sex.

Dear "only virgins." and members of this thread; All the arguments made here on this thread hold weight and are certainly correct. One however must separate himself from fantacy world. What I did say is that 99% of first time sexual relationships end. What is all this talk about suicide? Of course we are all scared to die and of course we are all chicken. I understand your feelings that sex loses it's meaning when you are not a virgin any more. This is only mostly true. Sex will always carry with it some meaning. It is the central act of life and the promise for tomorrow. My answer to "only virgins" is this; If you are part of a cultural system such as a religion it is very possible that you can find a virgin. If you are not however then you only have one possibility. If you are very young and extremely handsome you can marry a young girl while you are both still innocent. Otherwise your chances of this will be dramatically reduced. If this is indeed the case you must accept the fact that a woman that you meet may have been deflowered many times. If you can't accept this than you will be lonely and bitter. If you need help to accept this I certainly can tell you some things that make me feel better. Take care and good luck. Doc
