as I understand it the actual pain has nothing to do with the anger.. the anger is caused by hormones fluctuating. (which isn't the poor female's fault!!)

I don't have PMS so badly these days, and I don't really know why. Maybe it's because I don't really eat all that much sugar any more.
I'm a little emotional beforehand, but then, I'm emotional a lot. I can't really separate PMS from my regular bitchiness.
I did, however, tell Cali Boy about a week ago that if I was in a bitchy mood, I really didn't need his help adjusting it, looking at it from another perspective, or trying to figure out where it was coming from. I said, "I am a bitch. That's just who I am. You knew this before you moved here."
That might have been a bit of PMS.

I never get angry. I get depressed haha! I really start crying about everything. I cried while watching pocahontas 3 days ago and yesterday I don't know why but i cried again before I went to sleep.
