hey, im really sorry for your loss, i know it is hard to lose somebody. when my grandmother passed away, i thought of it this way, that she is home, somewhere peaceful, and happy.
you just have to treasure any memories, like the song you use to sing. and pass it down generations, so that your grandfathers will NEVER be forgotten, and in that sense, a part of them will live on forever.

you're right vashhhh. i can't let my mom isolate me from the rest of my family. i'm still close with all my cousins and i've talked with two. i'm going to be happy to see them. last i saw them was a family reunion. they all have kids and they remind me of when we were kids. i don't want to miss out on that.Quote:

my mom has too much power. but it's about to go away.
this has been such a rough patch. i feel completely exhausted. my energy has been spent. finally started the crying last night. there's a lot of pain right now but a lot of light in spite of it.
i'm ready to celebrate life. i can't wait to go fishing next weekend and get away from it all for a while.

more bad news, if you can believe it.
a man i used to work with in the group home for 10 years given a month to live. that was 3 weeks ago. and another guy that was my co-worker (we were all like family) they found out he has cancer pretty bad.
i'm losing all the men in my life.
but you still got me.. i'm younger than you and i'll probably live longer than you.Quote:

more bad news. the friend of mine that was diagnosed with cancer was given 6 months to live. tragedy.
