^^^^ some men become more attached than many women do. Its just a stereotype that men don't bond emotionally through sex. One night stands are different-most men and most women will not become attached after a one night stand and one or both may regret the experience. Apparently men associate slutty women with drug addicts (the lowest of the low in their mind) and that is why they feel the urge to run away from her if they do have sex with her (many will just avoid sex with a ho completely)
I think its the same for a lot of women. I had one bad experience (one night stand) and I never wanted to see him again and I never wanted to have another one night stand again.
I don't think men and women are that different. I think if a man is a porn addict or a sex addict or extremely insecure than it will change his view of women but in general most healthy men (emotionally and mentally) do see sex as an emotional thing and they want to share it with someone they care about. They may see it different when they are 16 and its all about the ego and proving themselves

I just remembering having to do a case study and almost all of the men in that study forgot details to their sexual encounter and I thought, "Must be nice jeeze." Where as women remembered WAY more after a certain amount of time passed. I would like to think if a guy became attached that it was just like you said, emotionally and mentally healthy. I was just sharing the info and thinking about all the women that are out there that get attached. I disagree. There are many things that are more important in life like family and your health. I am not going to talk about God's wish regarding premarital sex or just sex in general, but sex is something very sacred. I have always believed that sex is only meaningful with someone you love, and if you are with somebody who truly loves you, sex will not be the most important thing. Spending time with them, talking, cuddling and living your lives together is the most important.
