Some men prefer younger women... porn is partially about the fantasy of it, and older men quite often think of younger women.. sometimes much younger women, more as sex symbols than anything else -- and lets be honest... no amount of perceived intelligence would attract any normal well-aged male to a teenage girl unless it was of course, purely sexual.
Theres probably an exception to the rule out there with a very smart 18 year old girl who's also an astrophysicist, but I think the majority would rule in favor of sexual attraction.
There are probably other reasons rooted in the teen "niche" appeal. Younger men between the ages of 13 - 25 are more self-sexually-active. The teen thing is playing to most likely the largest audience.
In the event that I watch porn... age doesn't play a role in my choices. Uhm, well it does in the sense that the female has to be attractive to me... but who cares whether or not she's 18 or 45? She's obviously doing those acts on video, so its not like its out of the realm of possibility to think of her sexually, and its not illegal in any way.... As for Michelle, I tend to feel sorry for your boyfriend in the sense that your staunch stance on porn and your belief that he doesn't watch it nor would ever would likely lead towards secrecy rather than openness.
It doesn't matter whether he watches it or not.... if he isn't watching it, great for you. If he is watching it secretly... you'd never know, because your opinion on the matter would scare him into secrecy, thinking, if you actually knew he'd have to deal with it. Even if he did watch it, it would be better to have an open mind and talk to him about it, rather then look down on him and feel like you're somehow inadequate.
Theres always exceptions to the rule, but most men have seen some kind of porn, be it softcore, or otherwise, in their lives. Not everyone, but to believe that the majority of committed men haven't or do not watch porn at some point in their lives is laughable. Porn.. in one sense or another has been around for as long if not longer than papyrus. As long as you're okay with it and open to it, great. This isn't the first thread where it appeared you've taken a stance that people who watch porn may be deviants of some kind.... and you do say how often you believe that just because someone does something on occasion that it could lead to.. "addiction" which is almost never the case. I could watch porn every day for 6 months but still not have it be an addiction.

In my opinion, age is just a play at a niche, but it isn't what defines those particular videos despite their labeling.

There are different levels of attraction. I'm middle-aged, and I have almost zero interest in ever dating a woman younger than 30 again, because the difference in maturity level would be painfully annoying. But on a purely sexual level, a younger woman is more likely to be appealing. No wrinkles, no stretch marks, no sagging breasts, no age spots, no gray hairs, etc. When I'm looking at porn, I'm not looking for a relationship, I'm looking for visually stimulating pictures and videos of women with pretty faces and nice bodies. Odds are, they are going to be 18 to 25 in age, because those are peak years for the appearance of the female body. I'm not attracted to a concept of innocence, youth or virginity, because in my life, the women lacking sexual experience tended to be less enjoyable sexual partners. I'm attracted to the appearance, that's all. And it isn't any kind of hypocrisy for me, because I have been working out hard at the gym for 20 years now to maintain my own physical fitness. I'm 6'1" and weigh 190 pounds, and I still wear some clothes that fit me in the '90s. Vincenzo, I get what you're saying, but I find it pretty sad. Well, in the US legal is 18-19 so thats what you see in porn. Also, since I was 17 I've been told I look to be in my mid 20s because my beard grew in quickly. Older women found me attractive all the time... even to this day they are more my demographic... older ladies love me.
I think perception is on a per person basis. I definitely don't believe a 14 year old can look to be 25.. but I do think a 14 year old might be mistaken for someone 17 or 18. Meanwhile I think an 18 year old can look to be in their mid 20s easily. And a 25 year old can look like their 18.

The human race has been around a very long time. 6,000 years if you believe certain fundamentalists, or more than 50,000 years if you believe the anthropologists. Until the late 19th century, humans of either gender were considered to be adults after puberty, and often got married even before that. So our modern concept of the appropriate age of consent is very recent and very arbitrary, having no basis in biology. Having been raised in modern times, I now find the idea of having sex with a teenage girl under the age of 18 to be distasteful and unwelcome (though I felt differently about it when I myself was a teenager, and I lost my virginity at age 15). But intellectually, I understand that there is physically no significant difference between a female who is 17 and a female who is 18, and our modern insistence to the contrary is an artificial construct of Victorian society that has become widely accepted due to the global reach of the British Empire of that era. Compared to the rest of human history, the modern age of consent looks like a statistical error. Or it could reflect changing attitudes due to longer lifespans, which is all around a positive development.

They are actors, their age is undisclosed. If they are actually underage and the wrong person finds out then whoever is involved goes to jail, and viewers can face legal consequences as well if the FBI/CIA determine by tracking their IP addresses and internet activity that they knew they were viewing underage porn. So what? It means that teenage bodies aren't fully prepared to bear and deliver a child as well as an older, mature body can. So from a biological point of view, it would be counterproductive for a male human to impregnate a teenage girl, since both her health and (most importantly) the health of the child would be way more compromised compared to a regular pregnancy during a woman's 20s or 30s. A woman in her 20s is much better suited to successfully deliver a healthy child than a teenage girl. Biologically, this should make her more attractive than a teenage girl.Quote:
