I like the new rules very much and yes the shootout is the only thing i wouldn't mind getting rid of. It's not a good way of deciding a game. The fact they pushed the blueline further out is awesome, more room to move...No grabbing, high sticks and so on makes it for the more skilled players to do their thing. Salary cap system works better, makes things more fair...NFL has done is for years now and it's one of the besst leagues.
So far it's been very exciting to watch the games and it just began.

Almost every Canadian and some U.S. fans missed hockey...I think people got tired of all the talks...Either way, when it's in your blood, it never truly leaves.

Unfortunately It does that from time to time....and when it does....it sucks....

I dont' like Philly's d...How the heck did they allow that many points to KC? I mean, ok, KC has very good offense, the thing is, you can't go anywhere if you can't defend. Philadelphia's comeback wasn't that surpising considering KC hasn't really improved their weak d from previous years.

I missed it a LOT and I'm psyched to no end that it's back. And yeah, I AM Canadian. We grow up on that damn sport.

Like, my uncle got a full scholarship to some American school for football, but he turned it down because he really hated playing it (even though he was good), and no one in the family really cared. Now, had it been an NHL draft, there would be blood on someone's hands I'm sure.

Philly had a few early turnovers that led to quick scores by KC, and they gave up a KR for a TD to Dante Hall puttin them up 24-6. But Philly's D settled down and shut them out the rest the game until the last 2 mins of the game.

BTW - Oh I crack myself up - I just was lookin the gallery at one of your pics, Nina, and I saw what I said after Neo gve his little explanation on how he rates people and man I'm funny. My friend is going to Vegas this weekend and I'll be there next June.

I've been chipping away at my business degree for awhile now. Fun. I'm going to be a bitchy powerhouse executive. With a corner office and designer suits. Yeah baby!

I think I'm just going to have a lazy day today. Go get some coffeee, go for a walk, and maybe wach some DAYTIME tv (I never get to see it! I don't know what's on it....is it as crappy as everyone says it is? Will I finally get to see what the deal is with Dr. Phil? Stay tuned...........) Fun times.

BTW you can't go wrong with a business degree. I am told that really employers don't really care TOO much what you have your degree in, they just wanna see you have a 4 year degree. Unless it's something specific like a doctor, etc. And having a 4-year business degree is clutch, since everything is a business! So it's all related! ^_^

And hey hey now - we have to give Neo the credit for that one. If he didn't say that dorky comment prior it would have never happened! Neo's my buddy now though, he knows I'm just playin with him.
