You guys, stop being so discouraging and mean... I read the whole thing and it sounds to me like she has found "the one", her "soulmate" and if that's what she believes, then she should be congratulated. 19 is old enough to find "the one"--my grandma was married at 18, my aunt was married at 18, and my cousin was married at 19, and ALL of them are still very happy couples. It'll be a looong time before I find "the one"...

I see "the one" and "soul mate" as two different things.
In my book, "the one" just happens to be the one you settle down with, but does not suggest that that person is the only one you could, as you could find others just as good if not better than that one person.
"Soul mate" on the other hand I feel suggests that there is only one person in the world meant specifically for you and no other could ever compare no matter the circumstances. Pure fantasy, pure bullshit. These are probably the same people that believe in astrology and palm reading.
