....on second thought, this might be a bad idea... people usually like to work out alone, and those who like to pair up, have allready done so......
just do some pushups, and use the machines i guess.........
I need to exercise more. That means I have to "punish" myself by playing DDR!!! :goofy: :goofy: :goofy:
or you could have more sex...that is a work out in itself.

Wow that seems like a really good workout plan. I might get some of it to get in shape, I'm too skinny. Although my eating habits are healthy, I definitely need a workout plan. I dont think swimming will work for me though. And you might've eaten something before you measured your weight and it mightve added 2 pounds. I didn't check your eating plan, but you might want to check it with the food pyramid, if you follow it, you wont gain anymore weight than you need, and if you workout you might lose some.

Tommorow I'll hit the pool!
keep up the running misombra!
when it's cool it's good. here in the summer the only time that happens is MAYBE at night.
I live in the desert too..How about climbing(running up) a very tall sand or rocky mountain ...You run up but sand pushes you down!!! Its so hard...You'll be tired really fast.
the mountains are the place to be in the summer time.
I'm delighted with you RSK!!! Are you keeping the way you were going to eat? I wish to do the same. But it's not so easy :upset:
Water??? Drink milk!
it seems that you guys in America don't have anything expect botteled water and soda...
I love milk.
Me too!
Milk>tropical juice>water>orange Fanta
milk is not healthy for you because it was never intended for humans to drink but for little cows.
Someone told me drinking too much milk is bad because it can calcify your bones, I thought that was bullshite lol.
That's funny. We weren't intended to fly either but where would we be without it.Quote:

exactly. this is a HUMAN mother's milk for a HUMAN BABY. once you're out of that age you shouldn't drink milk anymore especially if it's from a different species than your own.Quote:

BS.. who are you to say what ANY species is suppose/not suppose to eat/drink???
How are we not "suppose" to drink milk but cows are okay to eat grass? Grass doesn't grow off cows.. just like cow's milk doesn't come from us... so since we're not "suppose" to drink cow milk, they aren't suppose to eat grass!
Telling us the facts... HA! You make me laugh alice :D
Hey, Tone, are you drinkin' mommy milk? I heard that's really good for you. They give it to cancer patients and whatnot.
My question is... where are you getting it?
No I'm not, are you offering me some?? :D
I think those pictures are breaking some kinda forum rule, but I can't think of which one.
Oooh..I remember - No pics of fat broads or their boobs!
I am NOT telling anyone what he/she is supposed to drink or not. the human organism is not able to digest cow's milk properly, while a cow is able to digest grass, that's why it's eating it.Quote:

This protein in cow's milk is of a different composition than that of human milk and is poorly assimilated in the human body. The primary type of protein in cow's milk is casein. According to Dr. John R. Christopher, N.D., M.H., there is up to 20 times more casein in cow's milk than human milk which makes the nutrients in cow's milk difficult (if not impossible) for humans to assimilate.

(wow I guess alice just shut me up..) :sad2:
I'm debating wether or not to go for a walk in the woods lol, but I don't wanna go on my own, I love working half days! I need an exercise plan.
