A friend, who is a gyno, told me that women don't get pregnant unless they wanted to get pregnant. While I know this isn't 100% certain, I wonder if your communication with her is as good as you think it is. Have you considered that she may want to get married with you and that she's trying to get pregnant to help you... err... "make up your mind"? I am not saying she's a manipulative b**ch, but Cain, you should be more aware of these kind of behaviours too.

And yes, if we got pregnant, we COULD handle it. I'm not saying that it would be easy because it surely wouldn't. We CAN afford it right now but it won't be nearly as easy as it would be in another two years.
By the way, this is for the record.... I'm not the kind of guy that's going to marry some chick just cause she got pregnant. If I met a girl and she lied so she could get pregnant so I'd get serious with her and I had no intentions on staying with her (I wouldn't lead her on... she'd know it was a casual thing), I still wouldn't stay with her. I'd fight for custody and stay single. I'm not going to be unhappy for the next 18 years because some female manipulated me.

Well he asked my a dozen times over the years but he never had the ring so I did not take them as 'real proposals'. Then, one day while I was busy working on the computer he came from work as usual got down on one knee and presented the ring and said what I meant to him. :emot48:If unexpectedness and astonishment was his goal then he definitely got that. He has done way too many romantic things with me so it was fine that he did it that way. We had plenty of adventures together. :D
EDIT: The surprise lasted only 5 minutes. It still did not feel like a 'real proposal'. That is the price we pay when being in a LTR for many years playing like married couples before marriage. And it almost felt like a divorce (I guess) leaving because we almost had to go to court to determine who gets what.
