I am offended, you may not be, but you do not live with a child with autism-until you wake up every morning and wonder what that day will bring, watch your child struggle with everyday things that to everyone else seems the norm, deal with the tantrums that knock your teeth out and give you a black eye- then dont try and tell me i am over reacting.

Most people probably wont be offended, but i am and thats my perrogative.

Yup, my fault. I'm sorry. I had no right to use autism in derogatory manner and you are right to find it insulting. Noone in this thread thought it was amusing and I think pretty much everyone disagreed with me, so I take it all back.

PP I appreciate your defense, but I should really take this on board as I have a personal responsibility not to make mistakes like these in future. But you're the best and I love ya :)
