I'm really glad I was "mean" and didn't go. I'd have been having a heart attack if she took too long coming down the mountian.
so i went snowboarding yesterday and i must admit, i'm getting pretty good.
my knees are jacked. so are my wrists. and my ass.
but i'm starting to be able to go fast, make it around the trees.
yeah baby YEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!
i'm ready to go again.

yes yes thank you guys. i'm pretty proud of myself. i haven't graduated from the green runs but i did take a blue one yesterday. i was flying down that mountain boyeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.

She's gonna go to Chile and board all summer, of course!
And FYI, in my experience, snowboarding is much more pleasurable than surfing, not sure why, exactly. Maybe I'm just a Rocky Mountain girl.

i saw this video once of this girl who was swimming around and this shark came and took her leg off as her family watched helplessly.
i haven't gotten into the ocean since then. the ocean is to be respected too.
