Sure, someone should try to fix their esteem issues internally, but that doesn't mean they will. But how can you say that someone with extra folds of skin will ever truly appreciate their beauty? It's the same person that buys a one piece bathing suit so that she can actually go outside to the beach or to the pool without people pointing and laughing. It's the same person that looks in the mirror and continues to see the same bigger woman because of those extra folds of skin.
I don't see anything wrong with it. If it's something like this, I think it is perfectly acceptable. I don't agree with people fixing things that aren't messed up, but who are we to tell them that what they think is imperfect isn't?
