rose.. well you can always present a much more negative view point on their outlook. it might not be the very best way to get them to turn things around, but i personally don't like to push people and cheer them up all the time. if they are a certain way, i can only do so much. they must be willing to change their outlook, otherwise all my efforts might be wasted.
