Well when your breasts are a certain size you should be wearing bra's that lift them up. A bra that doesn't lift is like wearing no bra at all.
Bra's with lift are made to prevent sagging, strain, unnecessary aches and offers great support. Bra's in D Cups+ auto come with extra lift & support, most of them do.
Push up bras are a different focus. They are made to create shape and cleavage.
And that will be all folks.

Well actually you do need them. You don't wait until you get the symptoms. You wear them to prevent the symptoms from occurring.
You are saying the same thing that I am saying. Lift is a part of support in a bra. I don't think anyone buys bra's that doesn't support their breasts. Unless you are an A or B Cup.
