Hi girls,
This is my 1st post here, hope it's in the right section!
What do you think of shorter guys? (In the 5'3 - 5'8 height range) ?
Is it a real turn off if a guy is short? (Even if he was good looking, and kind and well endowed in other areas? lol).

This is rather like guys and breast size preference. Some people care a lot; others not so much.
I never even realized people gave height a second thought until I was a senior in high school and I overheard a couple of girls giggling about a boy who was probably less than an inch shorter than they were.
I can understand someone not wanting to date a person who's excessively taller or shorter, but it's so incredibly petty to never even give a girl a shot because she's a little taller than you, or for a girl to ignore a boy because he's a bit shorter.
I think height is a personal preference. I personally would rather date a guy who is taller than me but my best friend married a guy who is shorter than her so it depends on the girl.
I don't mind a guy who is somewhat shorter. I do admit I prefer taller guys. But one of the short guys I dated was VERY well equipped...so all was well :)

The last guy I dated who was shorter than me had a bald spot. He also had a ton of confidence. And a motorcycle. He was hot.
My best friend is about 5'4" or 5'5", and as a general rule she prefers short guys - as in, her height, maybe a bit taller, and has ruled out guys for being too tall.
Then again, her boyfriend is like 6'2" or 6'3". So there you go - someone with a strong height preference towards shortness, but if you meet the right person, it shouldn't matter.
I'm a guy and I'm 5' 11", and the girl I currently like is only 5' 1". :P

Yikes. My daughter is almost that tall. And she's nine years old.
Yeah she's incredibly short. But she seems so soft and cuddly!
I'm moderately tall at 6'2 and I'm attracted to tall women - could even see myself very attached to somebody 3 or 4 inches taller than me. My wife is about 5'9.
It always seemed to me that the really short guys could have a LOT of fun slow dancing with the tall girls . . .
