Not speaking from experience here, folks. But I have a checkup, coming up. I had a change of doctors, and my new doctor is a younger female... Last night, before I fell asleep, I was thinking, "Hey, what if I got a boner when she is examining it?!"
So I am just going to throw that thought out to other guys. What do you think? Has it happened to you?
This actually happened to one of my friends, lil.

I've pondered this idea as well. I think I'd be embarrassed, though, if I were to pop wood in this scenario. Not for any good reason, just because my turning to the left and coughing while my nuts are squeezed just doesn't seem very erotic...

This has been one of my fears too because it would be so embarrassing. Especially considering erections appear for no reason at all sometimes, so there is always that chance. What I do in this situation is if I feel like there is the slightest chance of an erection about to appear I bite my hand or something hard.
Remember the swimming units in gym class? Less than a year ago I had to swim and some of those girls were pretty hot. You can't hide anything when you don't have a shirt on and you're just wearing swimming trunks. Luckily I had to take my glasses off for swimming and my vision is horrible, so everything was a blur and nothing embarrassing happened
If a male needs a urinary catheter put in, it is supposedly easier to do when he is semi-erect. When I get around to putting one in a male, I will hope he is a little hard.
