U meet a guy while out and about. You've known each other only a few mins and you start talking about each others interests and when you ask them their response is "talking to hot chics"
Was this a flirt or a come on? Or just something funny to say.
Also is it normal for 2 strangers who meet and talk only for a few mins to ask so many questions - personal ones as well. Is this another sign of interest?

How far did this conversation go? People like that seem to have only one goal in mind.
It went not to far, but there was a lot of questions coming out of him, wanting to know more about me. As in what i do for work, am i local, how old am i etc etc
Maybe what should be done... is that we bring a resume about about ourselves anywhere we go... so we evaluate each other for both genders.
We look over it, and what intrigues us about a subject they've mentioned, we add our experiences instead of having to ask, are you into this? where are you from? how long have you been here, and what brought you to a place like this?
P.S. I think this would save so much time, and you wouldn't have to be nervous about it, because it's just a piece of paper.
I personally would find it a fun way to approach someone, something different and it shows what your really about and don't have to slowly express what your about.
Anyways, most of you have more experience than me anyways, so who knows If this approach would work.
Interesting idea! Not sure i'd be happy to read off a paper about someone i want to get to know.
Just saying, that dating seems more like an interview.
Well, his wording could be different, but if he had said it as "Talking to beautiful girls" instead it'd be an indirect compliment of your appearance, which should confirm his interest.

Agreed. I don't usually use "chick" or "bird" as a reference to girls, and sure as hell wouldn't use it in their presence.

Well, I wouldn't be too hard of a judge about it, people talk in their own ways and sometimes don't see the implications of it. Sounds a bit like a wannabe player though.

Yes, he was complimenting you. But in an obscure way he was also building up his own ego in the sense that he has the chance to talk to "hot chicks" often.
If you want a good example of players, just look up " Keys to the VIP " on Youtube, and you'll see what to look for.
