I've talked on the phone while I was in the shower before.
I put a little sandwich bag over the phone.
I couldn't talk on the phone and poop at the same time.
I can't even pee if there is someone in the room. Imagine how difficult that is. And if someone has noticed I have been in the bathroom for an odd amount of time, I have to flush the toilet and pretend like I'm done.
I hate it when someone calls when I am shitting. (What kind of silly word is pooping anyway?)
I've done that countless times.
Before the era of cellphones my uncle who was an obgyn had a phone mounted right in from of the toilet because he was on call 24/7/365.
I do it all the time too. I rekon shitting is the best feeling, like it's so relaxing and feels great, I love poop time :D

No. But I admit to flushing a toilet deliberately to get off the phone with an obnoxious family call.
