I think it's a sweat rash of some sort.

It's more on the outsides of my upper thighs.

I might have to baby powder my cheeks, or somethin'.

Could be another outbreak of eczema?

My pouch and harness keep my clothes pressed against my skin, and I think the sweat, and dark/cool areas of my skin are prime for either friction rashes as well as fungal rashes.

It's not itchy, it burns when I touch it.

No shit it's going to burn. Fungus grows in hot, dark, MOIST places. I doubt it's a fungal thing. It's more than likely just a heat rash. Get some moisturizer on it, not powder. Look into Cetaphil, they're fragrance free and very gentle on the skin.

Feels fine.

For whatever reason, our foreman told us "not to worry about it" in reference to wearing our harnesses. Didn't see a point actually. Technically we're supposed to wear a harness working on any ladder above like 6 feet or something like that.

Thing is, the cord on our harnesses don't even work until 10 feet or so, and even then, where we've been working there isn't even anything to tie off to, so it's just extra weight to carry around and restricts movement.

My ass says good riddance.

Try coconut oil. It's the best moisturizer there is, next to cocoa butter, but it also have anti-bacterial and anti-viral properties. Rub it on the rash a few times a day, to help sooth it, and fry stuff in it too, to get some into your system.
You should check out EarthClinic.com too. You wouldn't believe the remedies for stuff on that site.

Sounds like a rash to me. Make sure when you go to poop, put toilet paper over the seat. Make sure to wash it. You might want to get rash cream and apply it I think 2 or 3 times a day.
