From the sounds of it I don't think that the problem is with you. You said his penis hurt when you had sex. Most likely ejaculation is not possible if it hurts to much for him.

Do you where condoms? Are they Latex? If they are its a possibililty he could be allergic to the latex and he might have to try non-latex condoms.
