Paquito D'Rivera. The Clarinetist - Volume I.
I can't WAIT till Volume II comes out! And I wish he had some classical stuff out too instead of just jazz. His tone is AMAZING!
Rod Steele
*scratches head* hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm... Well the last full/real CD I ripped was the Garden State soundtrack.
last album i bought was Morphine Yes. anyone else like morphine? i download music lately so buying albums is rare. but i buy albums that i know are good like morphine, james taylor (i love him), pink floyd, you know the great ones. i'm so happy you can download music now. i hate that record labels blame us for losing revenue when they expect us to pay 20 bucks for a shitty record that i could've done at home. record companies get on my damn nerves and i'm boycotting crappy albums. i'll only give my 20 bucks for an album that i can listen to straight through. anybody have such albums?
john mayer i love his new song daughters i actually love the whole cd & he has the song home life.
Nirvana's new "With The Lights Out" is ****ing awful, ****ing awesome. It sounds so terrible that I love it. Buy it now, before I throw this guitar at you (and record the sound it makes).
Good Charlotte - The Chronicles Of Life And Death..
It's well good! But then I burned a CD recently of A.F.I - Sing The Sorrow album!
It's well safe!

The Game: Untold Story
Only because the new Xzibit CD got pushed back and I wanted some new tracks.
I want my Weapons of Mass Destruction...
hehe, its el-p, he freaks out over people misspelling his name..but yeah i love the old company flow shit, for the last few years i have consistantly kept funcrusher plus in my stereo, and yeah thats def a classic record, we should talk hiphop sometime, maybe you can up me to some new shit! if your from england: did you ever heard of "phi life cypher" (keep in mind i HATE foreign hiphop) its a bias i have because i feel its something that should stay here, although i wont front on foriegners having skills, specially phi life, i like alot of his records...btw
theres a crew from denver called 'the procussions' ever heard of them?
not heard of the procussions but phi-life-cypher are ill.... I saw them a couple of months back, they got mad skills.... Saw Skinnyman and Klashnekoff (both from UK) at the weekend both of them tore the venue apart, i agree I never really got down with hiphop from outside the states cuz the skills were always lacking, but i think that we're finally representing whilst the american output has got much much worse..
theres still lots of dope cats in US, its just they get deeper and deeper underground now, and theres not many new cats who are ripping, but yeah its not a skill issue, i just dont like the 'idea' of hiphop that doesnt come from the USA. because it was birthed from our ghettos, i feel it should stay here. but maybe thats just the selfish person in me lol
I can see where ya coming from, i used to feel the same about drum n bass from outside the uk cuz we started it but the scene has become totally global over the last few years and the rest of the world is catching up. Like ya say the real skills get pushed deeper and deeper underground... Nellys got a lot to answer for.. lol
oh nellys just horrible lol, what nerve that fool had to step to krs1, fool got ripped too! did you hear that?
btw for those that dont know, Das EFX rocked the bandaid way before nelly, hes a biter
LMAO...... I can't believe Nelly would try and diss KRS, KRS is an originator, can rock any style, hes a godfather.. wish i'd heard that
ya it was pretty funny, nelly had said some shit about krs havin a big nose, i remember one of the lines krs kicked was like... "how you gonna talk about my nose to attack me, when you steady guzzelin those pills for ya acne"
lol excellent, i'm gonna have to hunt it down, someones got to have it on mp3, krs must have destroyed him, was it as good as the ll cool j/canibus beef? there was some sick disses in that battle.....
Right-o, back to the topic.
Opiate- Tool
-Shea
we never left the topic bitch.
lol...... i bought 'hard to earn' by gangstarr today for a bargain of £2 ($3) can't wait to get home and spin it....
oh classic shit dude, i usto rock tunz o gunz and mass appeal nonstop back when i was 13 lol
"Leave a Whisper" by Shinedown and "Thank You" by Stone Temple Pilots on the same day. "Thank You" is their greatest hits in case you're wondering.
Planning on getting "Number of the Beast" by Iron Maiden and "Rust in Peace" by Megadeth when I get some more money.
