Some 4-5 times a day. I think it depends on how much action your really getting. If your having sex with your girl about 2-3 times a week you won't "jerk off" more than once a week.

That is true that we do it just to relieve pressure. For instance, when I'm in school, it has been a ritual of mine for years now to make sure I jerk off right before a test.
