Guilty pleasure
hmmmmm
i would have to say (ocassionally) if Full House is on i wont change the channel. I used to love that show. Damn Tanners...
lol. I used to love that show too!
ummm.... going to the bookstore whenever I can... I'm a book addict....
Why would going to a book store make you feel guilty? Unless they are "adult" book stores, of course.
:-)
I must admit this forum is one of my guilty pleasures, my friends always give me the weird eye whenever they see me on it.
Also listening to Aqua songs, for those unfamiliar with them it's like a euro-electro-pop band that was popular in the 90's.
On occasion: internet porn. It sucked more time away from me than I cared to spend on it...but now that I don't have internet at home, it's not an issue.
Rocky Road ice cream
I never considered porn a guilty pleasure as I really don't spend much time on it.
And Lux, how is ice cream a guilty pleasure?
Unless you're eating a crapload of it.
I'm with Frasbee about this forum being one of my guilty pleasure.
Oh, the things and people I neglect.

But I feel guilty after watching it, I don't watch it very much and that makes me wonder why on Earth I needed to do that if I have no regular need for it!
Its more like, when I am alone, I start to do something weird usually.
misombra, you bastard! Why you won't tell us what is YOUR guilty pleasure, you lurker, hehe.
oh yeah misombra. yours.
I hate that there is so much I want to get done and just don't have enough hours in the day to do it and get good sleep and stuff like TV and internet will entertain my so much that I can burn an hour or two just vegging. For most people it's all good to veg, but I feel like it's wasted time...time I could have been using to do something more constructive, and just as fun..like playing my guitar and singing..you know..continue to improve on those things. Or working out or doing yoga..stuff that's good for the body. But I know it's just the tight-ass in me that makes me feel guilty about relaxing or entertaining myself for the purposes of entertainment alone...Quote:

this forum is definitely one of my guilty pleasure's. also reality shows. right now i'm into dancing with the stars. it's not good. luckily i don't have a tv so i only get to watch it at work.
I no longer have guilty pleasures. Just pleasures. And guilt...now and again; but less so as time passes.
come on hayward you know you have one! spill it...

I'm thinking...
As a gamer I'm pretty damn good at vegging.Quote:

3 hours and you consider yourself a gamer?

Okay, got one. It's dumb. Sometimes, I ask myself, "Why the hell are you watching TV so damned much?" I've been known to spend an ENTIRE day and evening doing NOTHING but surfing channels, getting up off the couch only to go to the john or to grab a snack out of the refrigerator.
yes halo 2 is the ultimated guilty pleasure
everytime, i ask myself why i waste my life on this thing.
I sometimes wonder how many hours i spent on it. You can check how many games you played, and i have over 500 ranked games played, at around 10 minutes each. So, thats 5000 minutes = more than 80 hours wasted on this stupid game. Im willing to guess its double that.
I keep telling myself, as soon as i reach level 30 im gonna quit, but i cant seem to get it.
Fras, what level are you?
Damn. When you put it that way, Inkeeping, that's a HELL of lot of veg time. WTF? You depressed, er what?
no im not depressed, this is over the course of 8 months. The game is addicting. Its a lot of fun, actually. My friends are on there, and its somewhat of a social atmosphere. Its not the typical game where you dont interact with people. You have a headset, also, you have a group of friends that you normally play with.
Nah, its nothing like that. The guilty part is spending the money on them. I love new books and I often borrow money from my parents to buy them. lol. I should be hiding from the bookstore, but I love it to much!Quote:

Think that's symptomatic of our generation. Can't sit still. Hence when we have a bit of free time it becomes weird.
Frasbee----Yup, this forum is my addiction. I love reading the stuff, some of it is so damn funny.
BTW, I've noticed you've gone back to basic black. Found your true self?

Lately, I havent been much into gaming. I just don't feel like gaming anymore. I have GTA SA and I have only 2 missions left, the end mission and that casino robbery mission or whatever is it. But I just don't feel like playing that stuff anymore. I better read something.
I think I'm level 17.Quote:

But well, most of the stuff i read, comes from the internet. I spend half of my time in forums...

I can't go to the library because I h`never have time to return them afterwards. Now, I have so many overdue books, I think they're sending out the public library cops after me.
Yikes.
I used to go there all the time when I was little. I've never really been interested in going back there since then.Quote:
