wierd..
my mind is playing tricks on me, i just want to go to sleep, i can lie on the pillow for like 2 - 3 hours before i can finaly get to sleep.. tonite im not going to bore myself to death trying it .. looks like im just going to stay awake all night and all tommorow, try and really tire myself out so i get a good nights sleep tommorw..
godamn that sucks
what do you do during the course of your average day?
if you work out you might be a little more tireder.
if you start to read something really boring, eventually you'll start to fall asleep.

i always listen to music before i go to sleep, i believe it helps too. it breaks the thought flow in my head
I can't sleep because my apartment is cooking hot....I'm drowning in my own sweat bath.....and I can hear mosquitos buzzing in my ear in the dark.
The fan doesn't even help. I'm going crazy from lack of sleep!
i dunno i dont really even feel that tired..
and for the past couple of days, ive been sitting on my ass.. lol..
gonna give sleep a miss, its already gone 6am and its light outside, mum will be up for work soon..
hopefuly ill be more tired tommorow night.. gonna go do some mountain biking too soon lol
im having second thoughts now, feeling a little bit tired.. its gonna be a tiring day..
I go thru that every night. Sometimes I don't get to bed until 6am. It really sucks...then I sleep way into the afternoon and my day is shot....
I'm thinking of getting some ambien....or something to help me relax at night.. Cuz my mind just keeps on going....

I'd be very disatisfied with all this extra free time if I wasn't planning a 4 day camping trip for next week. We're goin' somewhere in Northern New Jersey called "Jenny Jump" state park. It's got hills and mountains.
The more stuff there is to climb the better.
And only 15 bucks a night too.

And, I work at the University of Nebraska as an office assistant to 2 professors... order supplies online, make copies of grants, scan articles, etc etc - real easy work but leaves me with a lot of free time. Thank God for the internet.

LoL yeah shh, he filmed that reality show here. It was on last night, my roommate taped it - I haven't had a chance to watch it yet.. but my roommate said he saw like 5 guys he knew and apparently we went to school with his tutor.

LoL watched the show - it's pretty funny. Recognized a few people from school and such... did you watch the show, shh? It's pretty funny the way they do some of the scenes.. like he'll try to joke with the teachers and they show the teacher just staring at him, and him staring back.. LoL - or anytime a teacher asks him a question or about homework they show him with this worried look on his face and he'll do a hard swallow.. *gulp* kinda thing.
Anyways..
move your ass trought the day and u will sleep like an old cat.
same here ...when i'm not working ( my work consists of lifting heavy things and lifting MORE bigger and heavier things ALL day LONG...JOY...note sarcasm) so just do something physical because if you get too used to it ill becaume a habit and then youll be screwed later on.
