Whew, that pet peeve aside, I know what you mean. You're using the word love to describe the warm fuzzies! I hear ya. If you think he's gay, just go for it! Who cares who hangs out with whom? Who cares if you or he is more popular? If you truly feel like he is attracted to you, then approach him. I dunno, slip him a note, get him alone. No matter what size group you hang with, it's kind of hard to waltz up to someone while they're with their friends and say, "HI! OMGORZ, YOU'RE HOT!" especially when you're gay and you have no idea if he wants to come out of the closet or not. Your best bet is to somehow get him alone and just talk with him.

Uhm, I think I found a quite problem. If anyone is willing to help me again. I have now learned that the guy plays football. I heard rumors over forums that guys who plays football is definatelly NOT gay. I am pretty sure of this as well, I dont know why but it somehow seems true. Does anyone know if it is?

Not true. They're just less likely to admit they're gay because they are afraid they'll ruin their macho guy appearance. Again, try getting him without his football buddies. If you approach him while they're around, I can assure you (whether he is gay or not) that he will act disgusted, reject you, and possibly make fun of you. If you get him alone, he won't be afraid of looking wussy in front of his friends. And if he is not gay, I doubt he'll mention it to his buddies later because he'll be afraid of being teased.
