Thank you for the replies but I think it may have finished before it even started but then again I could be wrong. She has responded to every one of my texts. My last text message to her was sent perhaps 24 hours ago and I received a reply 2 hours ago. I know that she started College again today and in her last message from a few hours ago she mentioned that she was sorry for the late reply as she has been busy with College and can't deal with distractions at the moment. I don't know if that is a good or bad thing, especially considering that she has seemed interested in me as she has grabbed me by the hand a few times, kissed me and told me that she has missed me throughout the last 2 weeks. In particular, the word distraction.... Is she trying to imply to me that she is busy and cannot make anymore time for me and that she isn't interested in a nice way? But if she didn't care, why would she text me? Wouldn't she just ignore the text? And the fact that she sent the text message 24 hours after my last one must mean that I had crossed her mind again? Or does the word distraction mean that she can't concentrate with College because she keeps thinking about me? Im clueless as to what my next step will be, I am thinking of just not texting her for a few days and then text her to see how she is going? Or perhaps I shouldn't text her at all? Cheers

I think you need to stop panicking. It sounds to me like you were just being yourself by telling her you don't date for the sake of it etc. If that scared her off then she is not the right one for you. If you wasted 4 months talking to her and never actually asked her out then of course she is going to pile you in the friend zone and think "hes not interested".
Why don't you just give it one last shot. Text her and ask her out on a proper date. Be aggressive, pursue her and don't be afraid to show you ARE interested. She is a beautiful girl, she has loads of options, if you want her to be yours then you have to act fast coz beautiful girls don't stay single for long unless they want to be. If you are too passive and trying to play it cool and afraid of being rejected you will miss out and the next guy who is assertive, confident will be the cat that got the cream.

Ill add. I met my bf in a club. He got my number that night, we met up the next day and three days after that. We started sleeping together 2 weeks later and have been together for 5 years-now living together. That is how it should be done. If you want her-go and get her and dont hold back

Thanks for teh reply again Michelle. But if you could please read post 16, thats the one im most concerned about. She said that she can't deal with distractions at the moment? Is the word distraction a good thing or bad thing in my case? Thank you

Bad hun sorry. If she was really into you she would make time. Its just and excuse to let you down gently. Move on and be more assertive with the next girl. Good luck

Take a chance and ask her out. The worst she can say is that she's too busy. Or she may say Yes. Either way, it gets you out of this texting limbo
