    Looking for smart advice

    Hello, this is my first post anywhere, just thought I would try it, can't hurt. I male 59, been caregiving for a girl 63 in poor health for 3 years now and am desperate for my own life back. We really don't have anything going on except, I take care of her when I get home from work, I'm getting tired, lonely and can't have a life beyond what I have now. I don't know what to do.
