I wouldn't take much stock in anything Match.com has to say. From my personal experience, they are one of the worst offenders is being a worthless waste of time. Though, again, I do always feel the need to qualify that with the fact that it really is more the fault of the people who USE Match and not so much the site/company itself.

But, as somebody whose default is being nice (TO A DEGREE) unless you give me reason not to be so nice.... I can say there definitely IS such a thing as being too nice. Being "too nice," in fact, is often a fake kind of nice. It is like you are going out of your way to SEEM nice just to get something you want.

Even if you are sincerely nice, there is also a big difference between being nice and basically treating yourself like a doormat for people. I consider myself generally nice.... but not to the point of letting people take advantage of me. So, I can honestly say this is not a line I have ever heard.

When I was told this by a guy he meant ~ I was too nice of a girl to have sex with him or give him a blow job & wasn't an easy mark to get himself laid so he didn't want to go any further with me.

Yeah, I have to admit I am none too happy about that. Now, in defense of this site, it isn't like they can do anything IN ADVANCE to stop some pathetic loser from posting offensive stuff like that. But they certainly CAN remove it once it has been discovered. I get that the admin/admins can't be on top of everything, and certainly not immediately. Especially with the huge influx of spam we had for a while there.... but the fact that this disgusting crap has been here for DAYS is unacceptable.

We really need more admins/moderators on this board so there will at least be more people removing this kind of junk from time to time. Again, I understand people have other jobs and stuff so it isn't like anybody can monitor this 24/7, but there should at least be some review on a daily basis. Especially if/when offensive posts are reported.
