To be honest i find ur post kinda disgusting u quote she has a bf straight after you. It is her decision on how long she has to get over you it does seem like she is just trying to find a father for her child if u suspect her for wanting to get back with you ask her and say u r not putting up with her games and lies. If she says ur th father say to her to go get a dna test im having that trouble with my ex fiancee denying my kid but his family want the dna and im expecting them to pay for it in australia it is very expensive for a dna test.I say talk to her and if she thinks ur the father tell her to go and get a dna test cos u werent with her when she susposely concieved ur saying she is due on the 7th feb hey conceived month would have been around may.

Well yeah but her next boyfriend who she got with was my best mate (who i aint spoke to since there got together)

I know she wants to get back with me but i said no a month or two back!

She lies all the time she as the hospital whatever this week to find out the baby date on the 7th so i guess will find out this week!

Im sure it aint mine but i need to know plus i have been seeing someone for about 3 weeks now and it would mess our relationship up !

Ok, I dont how the courts work there, but, I think you can protest about the baby being legally named yours especially if she's going to be filing for any state aid. You let the hospital administration or whomever does the birth certificates that youre waiting for a paternity test. Honestly, she sounds like she's manipulating you, which some women will do to get their guy back. OR you could consult an attorney for free (I dont know about there) and get there opinion on how or what you can do in the meantime so youre name isnt put on the certificate, at least til you find out the results.
