hi im a 17 year old guy wants a girl, but i just feel like she thinks of me as just a cute, funny guy but not 'boyfriendish'

i *think* my main problem is that i am asian and she is white... (i definitely can feel racial barriers sometimes) she is really good looking and has a cool personality and i have had a crush on her for a while now.

how do i make her mine?

The only way you can find out is if you give it a shot! Ask her to hang out or go somewhere, like as in a date. See what she says.
The worst she can tell you is no. But then at least you know if shes interested in you or not.

racial problems? if he doesnt want to date u only cause of that, shes not worth dating. i agree with Ellyn, the only way to find out ifshe'll go out with u is to give it a shot. but u could always ask a friend thats close to her if she likes u.
