Is there any way to tell WHICH post collected rep points? That way you could sort of test-market sarcastic phrases before you start using them often.

Yeah, go into your User CP and look at the bottom, it has a listing of your last few rep additions or subtractions, you can click on each specific point to take you to the post you gained or lost rep from.

i believe that you can only give/deduct from another member only once. that will stop people from repeatedly giving certain members rep points.
