At first I thought the whole rep thing was stupid.

And I still do.

But considering it won't go away, and the post count will never come back, I say we rep the hell out of eachother so the fresh cuts know who's boss.

So line up and give eachother some good rep.

This is a good time to tell eachother how much you appreciate their loveforum company, how your life simply wouldn't be the same without them. Or don't, 'cause it's fruity. It's up to you.

(Oh and, I just so you know, I probably maxed out the amount I can give you guys right now so don't be mad if you don't get any from me any time soon.)

I don't like the rep system all that much. To me it seems like a popularity contest. I Would rather have the number of posts up instead.

P.S. I must say though that alot of the people who DO have high rep points do deserve them. (*Cough* Vashti *Cough*)

I also think the system is .. kinda weird. newcomers only have 10 points, so if they even figure out how to give a helpful poster rep points, it will only go up one point. Whereas we can rep point each other till we're all at 100, and then what? We de-rep each other when we disagree on something? Rep-wars? *shakes head*.. tsk tsk tsk..

maybe a better system would be to have a sort of "was this post helpful?" thing that only the thread starter can use, and then have a "helpful post count" plus the actual post count, or something. or not? well, i dont' know..

I don't understand it either. I was getting a little paranoid that people would think I was boosting myself up, but fortunately the system doesn't allow for that.

He's actually been pretty well. He's in a day summer camp from 8:00-5:30 five days a week, but comes home full of energy every day. We're having a blast of a summer. I hope you guys are too!
