I'll reverse that for the female perspective and say that it does not bother me one bit that I'm not the only person to have had sex with or given oral to my SO. As long as i'm the only one right now, obviously. I guess if a couple has had an on-again-then-off-again relationship and they've seen other people in between, it might be a bigger issue.

Haha! What a question! Well, my husband works with human body fluids and is at a somewhat elevated risk for contracting a criminal's communicable disease, so the only times we haven't practiced safe sex was when I was trying to get pregnant. It took me a while to conceive the first time, so yeah, I would actually lay there for as long as I could, waiting for the little sperm to swim their way up. Once the woman stands up, gravity takes over and it all comes oozing back out. It's NOT the best part.
