I dont like this.The fact that shes dating your bud even though shes leading you on like this shows that shes bad news. It is NOT worth it to lose your friendship with that guy for her. If she really liked you there are propper ways to show it besides dating your friend then putting ideas into your head. My advice just ignore her.
