you are a healthy weight. However, the above is not true. You have a BMI of 21.5, which means, at 5'7", you could loose up to 20 pounds and still be in the healthy range. But, if you are happy the way you are and as you said you're eating healthy and exercising, I see no reason why you should bother loosing weight.

And I'm not personally unhappy with my body. I was concerned about how someone else might react, not my own response.

It'd be easy for me to say, ah, if your fiancé loves you, he'll also love your tummy.
