Mish, tell you what. Read "Atlas Shrugged" by Ayn Rand and then get back to me. My whole concept of how the world operates was shaken by this book, and it's an engaging read. (Lengthy though).

I think it will help you better understand my posts and where I am coming from.

Funny, I was going to suggest turning that thread into the entire forum. It's just sad to see both the country and this forum sucked into a maelstrom of emotional politics.
