so the new york giants won a highly deserving victory.
i am truly inspired by the giants tonight.
they were behind most of the game. but during that last game when they had the ball, they knew, in their minds, that that victory was there's. nobody would stop them.
the patriots only lost because they succumbed to defeat. they could've used that last 35 seconds to do something great. but instead they lost. because their minds were focused on losing.

Damn im sick with the flu and live in student housing so we have no cable, I MISSED what sounds to be a great game. Plus all the commercials.

I wish it were my team in the SB but had to go for the Giants and Im elated! I do not like the Patriots and cant stand Moss. So yea Giants! The commercials were ok, some were just plain stupid. Others were funny, always Budweiser puts out the funniest!

I was actually suprised at Petty's perfomance. Hes up there and I liked his music back in the day. He did really well and looked old, but it was good to hear his stuff again. As soon as he sang American Girl it took me to Silence of the Lambs!

How do you go 18-0 and not close out.... too much pressure I guess.
And yeah the Giants just wanted it more. I think the longer they stayed in the game the more the pressure built on the Pats.
I don't even like New England but I wanted them to win just cause I can't stand the '72 Dolphin team.
I can't imagine being a Patriots fan what this game would have felt like... if this was my team and they went 18-0 and then lost in the Super Bowl to, statistically, one of the worse teams in Super Bowl history... I would have to take a week off from the world.

I love football and watched most of it. Mostly to watch the new ads and get blown away at how much these companies pay for those 30 sec spots.
I give it up to the Giants. They wanted it, especially seeing them whoop my packers a couple of weeks ago.
Giga, in the beginning of the movie when the Senators daughter is driving in her car, thats the song she's singing. Silence of the Lambs is my all time fav movie. Well that whole series, Thomas Harris is my favorite author next to my hubby of course!
