On the subject of fakeness, we've got this guy at work and he's such a kiss ass to the manager. He kisses ass and you can see he's doing it for point, it's so obvious. The unfortunate thing about that is... it works. Unfortunately those who kiss ass in the end get points and those who don't want to be fake, well they come last
