I think if China ditches Communism and becomes more efficient then it just might become a new superpower. Not sure if that's something to look forward to though.

It has ditched communism, a long time ago.

Western Europe is more socialist than China is; China doesn't even have free education or healthcare anymore, and workers don't have any rights at all.
