So busy no time for anything anymore but a glance. As you know I started to work with my hubby in Feb. The last few months we have started defending foreclosures. I don't think I have to tell just how freakn crazy busy we are covering the state of FL. 12 hour days 5 days a week and still working on the weekends. We moved our office to our home which is awesome! But I am working longer hours, doing motions til 9 at night on top of answering phones 9 hours a day. It is unbelievable, I still can't wrap my head around the number of foreclosures filed daily. There aren't many attorney's who've caught on to this type of practice, but geezuz. We're buying our first home together in the spring and will be able to pay cash. WAHOO!! Im so excited, it's a 2 story octagon home on the river.

Ok onto Kyle-Ive had a nagging headache for 3 days just watching the weather up in WI and knew somewhere he'd get into an accident. 9am this morning was the call...thank God no one was hurt nor another car but he's done some damage and of course doesnt have the money. He recently received an under age drinking citation which Im not suppose to know about. However, I've come to the conclusion Im not going to enable him any longer and he's going to learn the hard fast route! I didnt cry at Thanksgiving but have cried knowing its our first Christmas apart. He's coming to visit in January for a week. I know he's doing what most of us did at the age and I well, he'll learn.

Other than that, just so busy I have to make time for myself, but I do try and get in here to buzz the boards and see what ya'll are up to and if I have minute I post. Wish you all and Happy Holidays!!

I was thinking about you when I learned about the foreclosure rate in Florida, wondering if anybody was staying afloat over there. Sounds like you definitely are.

It is unbelievable what's happening here. One of our clients the bank's attorney called wanting to do a final summary judgement so we looked closer at the file and omg they screwed up so bad, we maybe bringing a class action suit against the law firm. They're trying to collect on a loan where the bank NO LONGER EXISTS! Geezuz.

Kyle needs an ass whoopping for sure! Everyone can have a turn at his butt. I told my parents just put me in a coma until he's 30. Get past all the crap that's coming!

Oh I also had hair extensions put in last month. That's mad crazy too. I went from 3 inch hair to 12 inches. Looks amazing but I won't do it again. anyone who ever thinks of doing it ask me first! I used the Great Lengths.
