The one and only, Megan Fox.

Bo, you are gorgeous. As for the tattoos, as long as you're getting the tattoos for the right reasons, I say go for it. I actually like it when girls have tattoos, especially those little sexy ones on the hip bone. Match that with a belly button piercing and that's just plain hot.

Also, if you are getting a tattoo, but don't know if you'll regret in the future, look into freedom ink. It comes off with just 1 laser treatment.

I'm also throwing around the idea of getting a tattoo. I want to get it down the left side of my ribs, and it would be a quote from Emiliano Zapata: "Men of the South, it is better to die on your feet than to live on your knees."

Thanks, megan fox is hottt, i'm not a lesbian but i would have sex with her. lol.And the tat will be in the same spot as the one on her hip but on the left side since i'm planning on getting another tattoo down the side of my stomach, on the right side. That one won't be for a couple more years though (still gotta think about that one). I've put a lot of thought into the tattoos that i want. I'll definitely look into freedom ink, i've never heard of it but it sounds like a good option so far. I really can't stand it when ppl make the assumption that younger ppl like myself get tattoos because we want to 'fit in'. It's not a fad like skinny jeans, where in a span of 2-3 months 90% of the female population has a tattoo. I'm actually going to get a navel piercing, i've always wanted it and if i end up not liking it i can always take any piercings out and let it close up (which i highly doubt that i will).

I think the reason people consider it a "fad" is becausewe are old enough to remember when tattoos were a rarity, especially on women. It's only been a few years, after all. The reason they are associated with rebellion is that they traditionally have been popular amongst prisoners and biker gangs. Actually, they are still very popular with prisoners, who do this to themselves as a way to fill time.

I think that woman is beautiful, but it's too bad she put those ugly tattoos on her body.

Relax... I'll need some information first. Just the basic facts - can you show me where it hurts?

That is really true, why does everyone see ear-piercing as something so innocent..yet if you pierce your nipple or get a tattoo it looked at in a completely different manner...or you're seen as a person with lower intelligence? What year is this, i didn't know we were still living in the stone-age

For the record, unusual piercings are looked at as "weird" and unacceptable in many professional areas. They can actually prevent you from being hired.

But Vash it was also rare and 'unladylike' for women to wear pants back then too.

of course, everyone knows that...but if a women did have her nipple pierced or if a guy had a ladder piercing going up his cock...no one would know unless they told and therefore why are they any different from someone else who doesn't have that?

I believe it is possible tattoos will have a permanent rise in popularity, but I think change in how people will view them happens slower than you think. Whether you consider it silly or old fashioned, the fact remains that a LARGE segment of society finds them alienating. For the record, there are no visible tattoos allowed in the hospital I work in (no freaky piercings, either). Patients don't trust care providers with tattoos. My husband's employees aren't allowed to have tattoos or piercings showing, either. The juries find people who have them to be less credible. Fair or not, the reality of the workplace is that they are considered unprofessional. If you are old enough to get a tattoo legally, and your parents aren't supporting you in any way, you have a right to get one. Just be sure you are willing to live with the consequences. But really, I am 99% sure if you wait until you are 25 to make a decision, you will opt out.

Personally, the idea of being limited in health care because of a tattoo would be reason enough to forget it. Also, the idea of potentially alienating "Mr. Right" would be motivation for not getting one, but it's your life.

EDIT: Health care workers see those "unusual piercings", and you can bet they are all laughing at the freaks who get them.

A lot of ppl find homosexuality is wrong too and it's not.
For the larger tatoos i will wait for a couple of years but not for the one on my hip. My sister is not a piercing and tat kinda girl but she's planning on getting one a tattoo also, she's had a design drawn out and everything; most importantly guess what?!? she's actually in her late 20's!

You know, it's rather tiresome when older people tell me that tattoos are unprofessional. I don't have "**** You!" tattooed onto my forehead.

We grew up in different generations. Just because it wasn't as acceptable when you were growing up doesn't mean that it's the same way now. All of my tattoos can be covered with a long sleeve shirt which is completely suitable considering my job will always require one.

I don't see why there is so much negativity surrounding tattoos. I do notice, however, that it's the near AARP aged men and women that continuously put it down.
    I don't chase, I replace.

You're an idiot. I knew it all along. Just needed more evidence. The reasons why tattoos make you an idiot is because there is no logical reason why to get them but there is plenty of logical reasons why not to get them. I base all intelligence on this. I don't base whether you are an idiot on how much dick you sucked to move up in the corporate world or what your piece of paper says that you finished in school. I have a fancy piece of paper from a university, I would hate myself to use it as a prop in an argument. I keep running into all the rational good reasons to get a tattoo that would actually nullify the risk of skin cancer (even at the low level of chances that it is) and can't find any other than getting laid...however I think they don't help. I am in fact so confident that I know if you tattooed DM all over his body he still wouldn't get any.

Personally, I think it's weird to maim any part of your body. It's just as weird to inject ink into your flesh as it is to puncture your flesh and hang ornaments from the wounds.

I can stomach small, out-of-sight tattoos and I can stomach earrings--the latter just barely. Anything more makes my stomach turn. But what I think doesn't matter. Do what makes you happy and screw anybody who tries to stop you.
