No, it seemed like the initial question and the reply to that question was misunderstood.

Well, I guess now there's awareness

I may be a 'newbie' to this forum, but I think that's hardly a reason to disregard my posts. Sounds a bit biassed to me. But that's just my opinion of course.

Peace and all that good stuff. Don't sweat the little things.

I don't believe I am obligated to read every single post on this forum. Sorry if you consider that "bias".

But back on topic - shorty; just eat healthy, and let the body do what it is supposed to.

Ok, bias was maybe a bit strong. Oversight maybe. All I am saying is that this misunderstanding may not have happend if the entire post would have been read.

It's even possible I misunderstood something, as I stated earlier, seemed like the initial question and the reply to that question was misunderstood. No offense was intended.

    No hard feelings.

Oh, I'm not in the market to drink tea and salt water to cleanse my body ... that's what I think fasting it.

Yeah, I'll just eat healthier and wait it out. I was trying to look for a quick fix as I've been feeling like shit the last couple of weeks. And I know it's from being inactive and eating quick, shitty food. Not to mention the years of drugs and alcohol that I've burdened my insides with. I've done the health trip before and I know I can do it again.

I've just been stuck with eating as quickly as possible to attend to the baby. I still haven't mastered eating with one hand yet ... (you know us Asians and our rice... eating with one hand sucks balls).

Thanks for the input, guys ... Although the information isn't new, I guess I was just looking for a shortcut to have a bit of instant gratification. I'm tired and worn out all the time ... and it's not how I usually am.
