No seriously, people with PE should google some PE exercises... I've heard there's exercises out there that will make you last longer.

JDash's suggestion is worth a try. Other "home remedies" include 1) masturbating shortly before sex, 2) try wearing a thicker "standard" condom, 3) using some sort of numbing cream (INSIDE the condom, of course! ). Never tried any of these so I don't know what (if anything) works.

Also, a girl may be more forgiving of a "quick trigger" after she's been eaten to orgasm for 20 minutes before penetration, so don't forget the foreplay ... lots of it.

If all else fails, you should be ready to try again in a half hour with much better results. If she won't give you a second shot, you probably shouldn't be having sex with her anyway.

If you use a condom then it definately makes you last longer and ITS SAFER. I was always good about lasting until my last GF that I guess turned me on sooo much that I just went within 20-30 seconds hahaha. Dont judge, for some reason it was just something about her. Also learn to ejaculate and jump right back in there. Ya it may feel uncomfortable at first but if you practice through the sensitivity then you will overcome it eventually. This works I think because even if you do get off early you can jump right back in and last forever it seems.

No man is immune to premature ejaculation. In my opinion, it is not so serious if it happens once or twice but if it persists, then there is an issue here.

Men take a long time to recover from an early ejaculation in order to be in form again. Your woman may forgo it a few times but..... If she is turned on every time and didn't get what she expects then there may be trouble. You will be lucky if she doesn't turn to your best friend instead. There are however solutions to be found.
