didn't "feel" anything when we kissed

There was a girl who I was friends with for a long time. I started liking her in the past month or two and guess what? I did NOT get stuck in the firends zone.
anyway I am attracted to her and I can frankly say that I pretty much love her but when we kissed the hugging and snuggling all felt alright and sext but the kissing itself was just not right. it felt abit weird like there was lack of chemistry and it didn't feel as natural comparing to other kisses.
it's weird because I do have feelings for her and I am attracted to her and everything was just right until we kissed. it wasn't just one kiss. we kissed pretty much that day. I don't know maybe for her it WAS good.
also she was going to hard with the tongue but I don't think it's that. has anyone been in a similiar situation?

People kiss differently, some kissing styles you like and some you don't. Decide what it is you don't like about the kissing and tell her or show her next time how you like it to be. If you are attracted I don't see what the problem is. Must be a "technical" issue.

it's funny cause for as much as I know guys really like to use too much tongue but in this situation it was her who "tongued" too much.
anyway we broke it so it doesn't really matter now. It's just a matter of curiosity to me.
